«High jewelry is about finding a new elevation of craftsmanship. Craftsmanship and creativity must find the perfect balance — they have to exist in complete harmony.»
Vincenzo Castaldo / Pomellato Haute Joaillerie – Collezione 1967
How do you revisit the boldest decades of Milan through High Jewelry?
Last Tuesday, I had the privilege of meeting Vincenzo Castaldo, Creative Director of Pomellato, in the Paris showroom.
He walked me through his creative process behind Collezione 1967, a tribute to the 70s, 80s and 90s — three decades that shaped the identity of the Milanese Maison.
Chains inspired by the 70s, extravagant volumes from the 80s, vibrant colours from the 90s — all reinvented in gold, with Pomellato’s unmistakable touch.
More than heritage: a living, wearable story.
Pomellato High Jewelry. Elevating three decades of icons.
🎥 The full interview is now online — I’d love to hear which decade resonates most with you.
